What is the Neptune Mobile App? How can I get the Neptune Mobile App?
The Neptune Mobile App will be available for download on Google Market & Apple Store, allowing customers the same in-store experience of browsing products and placing an order from their personal device. In-store pick-up, curbside-up and delivery services are offered through the Neptune app.
Is the Neptune Mobile App required to shop at Neptune?
No, you do not need the Neptune Mobile App to shop with Neptune, however it is highly recommended if you want the FULL NEPTUNE EXPERIENCE.
How is the Neptune Mobile App helpful?
The Neptune Mobile App was created to be a convenient way for our customers to purchase premium cannabis and CBD products that are suitable to their needs and wants. Once customers download the app and create their account, customers will be encouraged to take our “FIND YOUR BUD” Questionnaire, that is designed to suggest the most suitable products to the customer based on their preferences and needs.
What are some of the features of the Neptune Mobile App?
The Neptune Mobile App has many features that will be helpful to customers. Look below for the features that the Neptune Mobile App provides.
“FIND YOUR BUD” Questionnaire - Five (5) question survey that is designed to suggest the most suitable products to the customer based on their preferences and needs.
Camera Scan - The camera scan feature allows customers to add products to their cart by scanning the barcode of a product. This feature is only needed for In-store shopping.
Neptune Chat - Allows cannabis lovers to socialize, discuss and recommend products with other customers, read reviews on our products and leave reviews as well.
Loyalty Program - Allows Neptune to reward customers based on their frequent purchases and brand interaction.
Order Selection - Give customers options to receive their order: In-Store Pick-Up, Curbside Pick-Up & Delivery.
Inventory Search - Allows customers to search our inventory for product availability.
Automatic Payment - Allows customers to save their card info to their account so it can be charged any time a purchase is made.
What do I need to shop at Neptune?
In states where cannabis is recreational, like California and Nevada, all you need is a valid government issued photo ID and be 21 years old. In states that are medical only, you will be required to provide a state specific issued "medical card" and a physician's recommendation.

18, if under 18 must be accompanied by your parent or legal guardian
Valid government issued photo ID, physician recommendation and/or state issued medical marijuana ID card
Can I pay with a debit card?
Yes, purchases can be made with a debit card. Look below for more information regarding our payment policy.
All payments are to be made with cash, debit or gift cards.
(Visa, Discover, MasterCard & American Express)
CASH payments will only be accepted for in-store purchases.
Checks and credit cards will not be taken as a form of payment.
Refunds ARE NOT permitted.
Can I exchange a defective product at Neptune?
A defective product must be returned/exchanged at the store in which it was purchased. Please email _______________ and we'll be happy to assist you. For more information on our exchange policies, please refer to our Exchange Policy below.
Cannabis Product Exchange Policy
Neptune will exchange damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories up to two (2) days after purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, any damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories must be accompanied by the original receipt. All non-damaged cannabis product or cannabis-related accessories sales are final. Neptune will only accept exchanges at the Neptune store from which the damaged or defective products were originally purchased. All exchanges shall be at the discretion of Neptune. Refunds are not permitted.
Neptune Merchandise Exchange Policy
Neptune will accept unworn merchandise for exchange up to seven (7) days after purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, Merchandise must be in suitable condition for resale with original tags attached and must be accompanied by an original receipt. SALE items are final and may not be exchanged. Neptune will only accept exchanges of unworn merchandise at the Neptune store from which the merchandise was originally purchased. All exchanges shall be at the discretion of Neptune. Refunds are not permitted.
Can I see a Neptune Menu online? Do you have my products in-stock?
If you have the Neptune Mobile App, inventory search is available for users to find the availability of all products. For those that don’t use the app, they can visit the Neptune website to find information regarding product availability.
Can I purchase in Neptune as a recreational tourist, or do I need a California state ID?
If you have a valid government issued photo ID showing you are 21+, you can shop in our California and out of state locations, no medical recommendation required. 18+ if you have a valid government issued photo ID and state issued medical marijuana ID card.
